Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production does not begin until approval, so the clock starts when you say yes, not when you first enquire.

Compression socks are produced as graduated garments with a stated compression class in mmHg and the measuring point named on specifications and packaging, with pressure highest at the ankle and reducing along the calf; classes offered comprise an everyday support range and a firmer range, with the firmer range supplied against a class specified by the customer or their clinician and never recommended by us in substitution for professional advice; garments are sized from measured ankle circumference, calf circumference and calf length rather than shoe size, with wide-calf and long-calf blocks produced as distinct sizes and sizing kits comprising a tape measure, a measuring routine and a block chart supplied with programme orders; elastane content is stated, garments are specified to retain their pressure profile through repeated laundering, and an honest replacement window of approximately three to six months of daily wear is stated in writing; branding is applied as discreet knitted cuff marking rather than printed graphics across compression panels, because printed film alters panel stretch; all garments are supplied as wellness and support garments and are not prescription medical devices, no claim is made that they treat, prevent or cure any condition, and customers with diabetes, peripheral arterial disease, reduced sensation or neuropathy, skin ulceration or broken skin, an already-swollen limb, or any history of thrombosis are advised in writing to consult a clinician before wearing compression and to have a class prescribed; and programme customers’ classes, size-block breakdowns, colourways and marking specifications are held on file so that reorders match previous production exactly.

Express turnaround

If you are working to an opening, a wedding or an event date, tell us the date when you request the quote. Express turnaround is available on most products and we will confirm in writing whether your date is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Orders ship from the United States by ground carrier, with transit typically running 2–5 business days depending on distance. You receive tracking as soon as the shipment leaves. Expedited air service is available on request.

Addresses and split shipments

Double-check your shipping address before approval — carriers charge to redirect a shipment in transit and we pass that cost through at cost. We can split one order across multiple locations; just tell us the breakdown when you order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a carton arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
